The data reception is possible with the use of a special decoder and :

The subscriber/user has access to the data from the moment the special decoder is plugged to the users’ PC.

The data transmission is based on the VBI technology and the service uses the television signal of ANT1 TV as well as its terrestrial and satellite network.
